Online sales policy
Short version: gowns are sold in the boutique, sample sale purchases are final, and we will always tell you which is which before you pay.
Where gowns are sold
Our catalogue is here so you can see what is on the floor before you visit. Gowns are sold in the boutique, at an appointment, so that a stylist and a seamstress can look at the fit with you before anything is paid for.
Special orders
A gown ordered from a designer is made for you and takes four to seven months depending on the house. A deposit is taken when the order is placed and the balance is due when the gown arrives.
Sample sale purchases
Sample gowns are sold as they are, in the size and condition on the rail. These sales are final — no exchange, no return. Alterations, preservation and financing all still apply.
Alterations
A complete couture fit is part of buying a gown from us. Alteration work beyond that — restyling, adding sleeves, major reconstruction — is quoted at the fitting.
Payment
We take major credit and debit cards and cash. The Bellissima Bridal card gives 0% interest for twelve months with no annual fee; interest applies to any balance after that term.
