After eighteen years at 275 Miracle Mile we are moving to a new Coral Gables atelier. Rather than crate the floor, we would rather every gown left with a bride. Sample stock only, in the size and condition it is in, home with you the same day.

Maria Elena grew up collecting pins in her grandmother’s workroom in El Salvador and then helping her mother run a bridal boutique. In 2007 she and Omar opened Bellissima on Miracle Mile. The seamstresses who alter your gown are the same people who have been doing it here for years.

Book an appointment
Choose a time that suits you. The room, the rack and a stylist are yours — nobody is shopping over your shoulder.

The Bellissima experience
Tell us about the wedding and let us pull for you. Sip something cold, bring the people whose opinion you actually want.
- 03
Say yes
When you find it, we take your measurements and place the order with the designer that same week.
- 04
Fittings
Our in-house seamstresses fit the gown to your body over three or four appointments — a full couture fit, included.
- 05
Cleaning and preservation
After the wedding we clean and box the gown so it survives the next fifty years as well as it survived the dance floor.

The appointment
One room, one bride, one stylist
You bring the dream. We find the dress — and give you the shopping experience you actually deserve.
Appointments run ninety minutes and the room is yours for all of it. Tell us the venue, the season and the budget before you arrive and there will already be a rack pulled when you walk in.

Alterations
A couture fit, in house
Our seamstresses put the final touch on your look and bring out your own personality.
Every Bellissima bride receives a complete couture fit as part of the service. We contact you the moment your gown lands and book the first fitting. Start about four to six weeks out; we can work faster when we have to, though a rush fee applies inside two weeks.

- Pressed and packed at the end
